General Shop Information
We are a small gift shop that takes great care in providing you with quality, unique products, and friendly, personalized customer service. We are looking to build life-long relationships with our customers and hope that you will be one of them! We are making many changes to update our business and website. Please bear with us if you encounter any hiccups in the process, and let us know if there is anything we can do to improve our service.
We reserve the right to make changes and updates to the website regularly without any notification to the customer, including changes in what product features are, descriptions, pricing, etc.
If something you purchase is on back-order or out-of-stock, we will contact you via email immediately.
We want your shopping experience to be as easy and as enjoyable as possible! Please choose the items that you want, and add them to your shopping cart. Follow the steps given at check out.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover; as well as debit cards.
Shipping Info
Domestic – Standard Shipping Here, at Little Luxuries of Mackinac Island, we ship USPS. We want to make sure your package arrives quickly and safely. According to weight and size, we choose the most secured and speediest option for your order. We use USPS Priority Mail to PO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and US Territories.
Canada – We ship US Priority Mail International to Canada and shipping rates start at $19.95. Delivery time is 6-10 days. If you would like your package in a shorter time period, Express Mail is an option but we will need you to call us to complete your order over the phone.
NOTE: Orders take 2-3 days to be processed before shipment. This includes 2-Day and Next Day shipments. If this is a problem, please call 906.847.8225. We will work with you to accommodate rush orders. No extra charge, it could cost a lot for overnight shipping!
Destinations
The Artists Market of Mackinac Island ships to all 50 US states, US Territories, and Canada. We are not able to ship to any foreign countries outside of North America. If you have a special request email us at littleluxuriesmanager@yahoo.com and we will try to accommodate you.
Little Luxuries of Mackinac Island is not responsible for service transit time, as they are provided by the carrier, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Sales Tax
Shipments to addresses in the state of Michigan will acquire an additional sales tax of 6.0%.
Completed Order Information:
Order Confirmation: An order confirmation will be sent to you within one business day of placing your order. Make sure to check your spam filter; unfortunately, our emails may get stuck in your spam folder. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please call us 906.847.8225 or email littleluxuriesmanager@yahoo.com to confirm your order with us.
Checking the Status of your Order: Once you receive your confirmation email, simply reply to the email or call us at 906.847.8225. We are open daily May through October and in our off-season if you cannot reach us we will respond to your email or telephone call as soon as possible.
Changes & Cancellations: Call or email us right away if you need to make a change on your order. The Artists Market of Mackinac Island does not accept cancellation of orders. We apologize for any inconveniences.
Damaged Items: Please check your package as soon as it arrives and let us know right away if something has arrived damaged.
Returns & Exchanges: If you wish to return an item we offer store credit or exchange only. We will issue you a gift card in equal value to the item you purchased (excludes shipping cost). All SALE items and Special Orders are FINAL sale. Returns must be sent in new, unused condition in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please send us the unused item(s), packaged properly, and sent pre-paid. We will not accept delivery charges on any orders without prior approval. Returns should include a copy of your original order form and shipped to the following address:

You may choose any shipping method that you prefer to use. We only ask that merchandise cannot be damaged in shipment.
Please note that we do not cover shipping costs to send back a returned item, as well as original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Once we receive your returned package in good form, we will process your refund. Again, you will only be refunded for the amount of the product(s) being returned, not for the shipping.
Gift Card
To order a gift card for that special someone, choose the amount you would like and add it to the cart. Make sure to enter the gift card recipient’s shipping address and email at check out! We will email the recipient a gift card and an online code in the amount that you ordered, for them to use on our site.
